Helios AMC, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, has been appointed as the Investment Manager to the Schemes of Helios Mutual Fund. Helios Trustee Pvt Ltd (Trustee Company) is the Trustee to the Mutual Fund. Helios Capital Management Pte Ltd is the Sponsor of the Mutual Fund.

Helios AMC (AMC) either directly or through third party service providers engaged by the AMC (Service Providers) such as the Registrar and Transfer agents, collects, receives, possesses, stores, deals or handles information received from investors/client/customers whether existing or prospective. Such information can be personal and sensitive in nature including bank account details, payment instrument details, encrypted PINs, biometric information (if any), PAN and Aadhaar number, Demat account details, annual income/networth or other KYC related information.

The aforesaid information is being collected by the AMC/Service Providers as part of application processing for investment and to ensure safe subscriptions/redemptions, and to be compliant with KYC norms under PMLA, the rules issued thereunder, and guidelines and circulars on Anti-Money Laundering issued by SEBI and SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996, as amended.

Security & Measures. Helios AMC adopts reasonable security practices and procedures to protect Personal Data through technical, operational, managerial and physical controls. Only authorised employees trained in proper handling have access. Engagements with third parties contain confidentiality terms.
